Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is protected from scratches during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our saddlers inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
